Balaghat, Balaghat district's Lalbarra Janpad Panchayat's resident village panchayat Bamhni's village panchayat Laxman Tumsare and his family members have had to pay a heavy price for protesting against the drainage of dirty water from the toilet from their private land. Sarpanch Basuntrao Dhabale and his associates have shut out the applicant and his family members from the village society for protesting against it. Due to which Laxman Tumsare and his family members are not being supported in any way in the village nor are they being invited to any program.

The applicant Laxman Tumsare again complained about this to the Collector in the Collector's public hearing on 2/7/2024 and has pleaded for justice and demanded action against the Sarpanch and his associates.

On the other hand, it is written in the complaint of the applicant that the applicant has been living on his own private land for years and was protesting against the drainage of dirty water from the toilet, on which earlier on 13 June, the revenue staff and police administration had reached the spot and also done panchnama proceedings and had forbidden the drainage of dirty water from the toilet, but the Sarpanch called a separate meeting of the villagers in the Panchayat on the same day and got Laxman Tumsare and his family members banned from the village society and on 22 June the villagers again gathered where Lalbarra Tehsildar Sanjay Baraskar, Halka Patwari, PCO and police administration and villagers were present, in their presence the Sarpanch forcefully got the drain made due to which the dirty water from the toilet is going inside my house. Due to which the family members are troubled and there is danger to the animals as well.

Continuously complaining to get justice, justice not received till now

It is known that the applicant Laxman Tumsare is making complaints after complaints to get justice but he has not got justice yet, while according to the complainant, on 24/5/2024, a complaint was made to Mr. Collector Balaghat and Mr. Superintendent of Police and on 11/6/2024, a complaint was made to Mr. Collector in the public hearing and a complaint has also been lodged on the CM helpline number, whose complaint number is 2724 3317, while again a plea for justice has been made by the applicant Laxman Tumsare in the Collector's public hearing. Now it remains to be seen whether the applicant gets justice or not, whether action is taken against the non-applicant or not, whether the applicant Laxman Tumsare and his family members will be included in the village society, whether the drainage of dirty water from the toilet will be stopped, whether an FIR will be registered again against those who ostracized him from the village society.

They say.

I had protested against the drainage of toilet water on my private land, on which I and my family members have been ostracized from the village society by the Sarpanch and other people. Dirty water from the toilets of five to six houses is coming to my house. A complaint has been made to the Collector today and has been made earlier also, but I have not got justice till date, and we are not being invited to any programmes.

The Tehsildar had gone there earlier also, water was being drained on their private land, it has not been drained yet, we have marked the TL and sent it to the SDM, if they have been ostracized from the village society, an FIR will be registered.
