Katni, Katni Police is continuously taking strict action through effective combing patrolling. Under the direction and guidance of senior police officers and under the supervision of all the gazetted officers of the district, many actions were taken during night combing patrolling in all the police stations of Katni district for two consecutive days. The number of police officers and employees involved in this combing patrol was about 193. In the Kotwali police station area too, Kotwali police station in-charge Ashish Sharma is continuously conducting combing patrolling with his entire staff. Kotwali Police removed those who were consuming liquor sitting outside the liquor shops located in the Kotwali police station area and gave advice to the shop operators and said that if such a scene is seen again, they will take disciplinary action.

Vehicle checking was done intensively and meticulously at separate checking points under all the police stations of Combing patrolling district, drivers found driving under the influence of alcohol were checked through breath analyzer, and to follow the advisory and drive carefully to avoid accidents. Instructions were given. While visiting all the dhabas, hotels, ATM places and bus stands, checking was done and legal action was also taken against unnecessary and suspicious persons.
