Complaints related to the "Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal" scheme can now be made through Facebook @BiharPhed, Twitter- @BiharPhed and Instagram @biharphed, which will be resolved immediately.

As per the instructions of the Principal Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department of Bihar, now the complaints coming on the social media of the department will also be executed within the time limit. A departmental review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Pankaj Kumar, Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department. In this meeting, the progress of various works of the department was reviewed.

During the meeting, Principal Secretary Pankaj Kumar directed that all those hamlets which are still deprived of "Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal Yojana", should be provided tap water to every household by making a new scheme as soon as possible and completing the tender process. Also, the Principal Secretary also emphasized on speeding up the construction work of the office building of the Public Health Engineering Department at the district level. He directed that all the construction works should be completed in a timely manner.

In the meeting, the need to regularly update the information related to the department on the departmental website was also emphasized. The Principal Secretary directed that the website should be updated from time to time to convey the information about departmental activities and schemes to the public.
