Anuppur, Late Thursday night, Ramnagar police station took a big action and five trucks loaded with illegal coal were caught by the station in-charge of Ramnagar. According to the statement of the truck drivers, the coal belonged to Pawan M/s. A case was registered against a truck driver of Pawan M/s by the police but more information about Pawan M/s was not found and it was also not revealed with whose connivance this illegal coal business was going on. After some investigation, it was found that this illegal coal business belongs to Pawan M/s, the biggest coal trader of Budhar and it is going on in connivance with Bijuri railway siding contractor. The owner of this firm of Budhar has been running coal business for many years. This coal business worth crores seems to be happening under the protection of minerals and police. Will this big action of honest police officer Amar Verma be able to curb this illegal coal business or will this action also fail under the pressure of the system, it remains to be seen.
