Damoh, Cabinet meeting under the leadership of Chief Minister of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav, programs of Ladli Behna and Self Help Group and important places of Singaurgarh Fort are proposed on 05 October. With this objective, today the State's Panchayat and Rural Development and Labor Minister Prahlad Singh Patel, Minister of State for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trust and Religious Affairs Independent Charge Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Independent Charge Lakhan Patel, Chairman of State Backward Class Commission Dr. Ramakrishna Kusmaria took stock of the scheduled program sites and gave instructions to senior officials regarding necessary arrangements. On this occasion, MLA Damoh Jayant Kumar Malaiya, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar, Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi, CEO District Panchayat Arpit Verma, Additional SP Sandeep Mishra and a large number of concerned officials were present.

State Panchayat and Rural Development and Labor Minister Prahlad Singh Patel said that the first cabinet was also held in Jabalpur on the 500th birth anniversary of Veerangana Rani Durgavati ji in her memory. One year is about to complete. The 501st birth anniversary is on 05 October. When this matter was discussed in the cabinet, we all had proposed that if this cabinet is held in Singorgarh, it will really be memorable. I am thankful to the Chief Minister, he has decided to hold the cabinet meeting of Madhya Pradesh in Singhrampur. The entire government will sit at the feet of Rani Durgavati ji in her first capital and consider the interests of the state.

The Panchayat Minister said that even when the President had come here, we were all proud. This is such a period which is going to be recorded in history. ASI is here. It is a memorial of Tansen, which had the glorious tradition of Tansen, it is our endeavour that this memorial should attain the same dignity and prestige. He said Dharmendra Singh Lodhi himself is the Minister of Tourism and Culture, I am the Minister of Rural Development, whatever we can do in terms of rural tourism, we will do whatever we can to make it better. This is a tribal area, it is the invincible fort of Singorgarh, it is our endeavour that its prestige should touch the sky. If anyone deserves congratulations in this, then it is Minister Dharmendra and Minister Lakhan, they have made full preparations.
State Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trust and Religious Affairs Dharmendra Singh Lodhi said, I thank the Chief Minister of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav very much that the cabinet of Madhya Pradesh and a huge public meeting have been organized here. This is the 501st birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati ji. On this occasion, the cabinet is dedicated to Rani Durgavati ji and to remember our great men and take inspiration from them and the contribution of Rani Durgavati ji from a historical point of view, who fought with a warrior like Akbar and made a big name in history. Singhrampur has been the capital of Rani Durgavati ji and there is a fort of Durgavati ji here, so certainly this cabinet is important from a historical point of view as well and this cabinet is being held here, so from the tourism point of view, Tiger Reserve has been declared here, in the coming time, what are the possibilities from the tourism point of view here, work will be done by considering them. He said that we will also demand from the Chief Minister that a park should be developed here in the name of Rani Durgavati and for the development of Damoh, whether it is about building Sita Nagar Airport, we will place it in the cabinet and I think this cabinet will prove to be a milestone for the development of Damoh district and Jabera assembly. Certainly this is a huge achievement for Singharpur, Damoh district and Jabera assembly constituency.

State Minister (Independent Charge) for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Lakhan Patel said that the cabinet of Madhya Pradesh government is coming here on the occasion of 501st birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati ji. I want to thank Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav ji that he chose Damoh and is holding a cabinet meeting here. Cabinet decisions are always historic but this decision will be written in the pages of history that the cabinet of Madhya Pradesh once met in Singhrampur. It is expected that many decisions will be taken, along with this, the Chief Minister will also announce the important demand of air strip here, Minister Prahlad Patel has also discussed this topic, Damoh will definitely get a lot. He said that I have come here for the first time, I am overwhelmed to come here. I think its race is going to increase very fast. Some ministers are coming from Jabalpur side and some from Damoh side, arrangements have been made for staying in Damoh as well, arrangements have been made in Jabalpur as well. There are only two ways to come here, you will be able to come via road only. After coming here, first of all garland will be placed on the picture of Rani Durgavati ji, after that cabinet, after cabinet lunch and along with that there will be plantation of a tree in the name of mother in which all the ministers will also plant trees, after that public meeting and after public meeting will go to Nidan Waterfall, after that the Chief Minister will leave for Bhopal from the helipad built in Selvada.

He said that the airstrip was earlier with Mysem, it is being handed over to the revenue because the time for it is over. The entire strip is ready, if only cement flooring is done in it, then the strip is ready. There was a discussion with the Chief Minister and Dharmendra as well, a decision should be taken on this soon, because the government believes that there should be strips in all the districts, here also not much money is to be spent in making it, everything is ready.

Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar said that it is a historic occasion for Damoh district that the meeting of the Council of Ministers is going to be held in Singhrampur, for the preparation of which continuous review is being done. Today, Panchayat and Rural Development and Labor Minister Prahlad Singh Patel, Minister of State (Independent) for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trust and Endowments Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Lakhan Patel ji, Chairman of Backward Classes Commission Kusmaria, MLA Jayant Malaiya, all have come and visited here and reviewed the arrangements and given necessary guidelines. Collector Kochar told the ministers what kind of arrangements will be there and the effort is to follow the instructions given by the ministers so that all the programs are completed well. The first event is garlanding the statue of Rani Durgavati ji, second cabinet meeting, third tree plantation, fourth meeting and fifth visit to the fort and other areas, in this way five programs will be completed in a very systematic manner, for this the entire team of district administration and police administration is working continuously.

Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi said that a very big program is being held here, apart from the cabinet, a general meeting is being held and the members of the entire cabinet will visit the tourist places of the area. The program will start from 11-12 in the morning and will continue till evening. Many senior ministers and officers will also participate in it, for this we have sent the requirement of force, almost the entire force will be available by tomorrow afternoon.
