In the FIR filed at the level of SVU (Special Surveillance Unit), it has been said that former MLA Gulab Yadav did not submit the complete details of his property in the election affidavit. In the affidavit filed by him to the Election Commission in the assembly elections held in the year 2015 and the Lok Sabha elections of the year 2024, there is no mention of property worth crores in New Delhi. In reality, he had much more property than what he had mentioned in the affidavit.

T-95 flat residential cum commercial property on the third floor in Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi was purchased in 2014 itself. This is his joint property, in which Praveen Chaudhary, owner of M/s Splicenet Construction, is with him. This company used to work as a sub-contractor in the Energy Department.

Gulab Yadav had got a lot of work done through Sanjeev Hans, the then Principal Secretary of the Energy Department, by taking commission from this company. Many concrete evidences related to this have been presented in the FIR. In this case, during the raid at Praveen Chaudhary's hideout on July 16, 2024, ED recovered a check of 2 crore 75 lakhs.

This check was issued by Pradeep Chaudhary to buy a property in New Delhi in the name of Gulab Yadav and Praveen Chaudhary. The sources of all the amounts transacted to buy this property have been found to be suspicious. Apart from this, during 2019-20, when IAS Sanjeev Hans was posted in the Water Resources Department, Gulab Yadav got many works done to M/s Vanshidhar Construction Private Limited, a company of a person named Subhash Yadav.

In lieu of this, Rs 85 lakh was given through Jitendra Kumar Singh, an employee of Subhash Yadav's company. While Rs 13 lakh was given by Subhash Yadav himself on 22 January 2020 at Gulab Yadav's house in Ruknpura, Patna. This company was given a lot of work of the Water Resources Department in Katihar.

Proof of Rs 80 lakh transaction with Praveen Chaudhary

Proof of Gulab Yadav's Rs 80 lakh transaction with Praveen Chaudhary has been found in the investigation. Former MLA's son Roshan Yadav had taken Rs 55 lakh from M/s Avion Infrastructure and Energy Private Limited to get a contract in the state government. Gulab Yadav had taken money from many companies on behalf of Sanjeev Hans to get contracts in the state government.

1997 batch IAS Sanjeev Hans has received Rs 3.50 crore as salary, loan and other means during his tenure so far. He has submitted details of his property worth Rs 5 crore 47 lakh. Apart from this, he has made illegal property worth crores at different places.
