Shivpuri, In Shivpuri district's Khaniyadhana, hundreds of Gau Rakshaks reached the Nagar Parishad and Tehsil office through the main roads of the city and gave a memorandum to the CMO and Tehsildar to impose a complete ban on polythene. In the memorandum, it has been demanded that the shopkeepers of the city are openly using polythene and after use, the polythene is thrown on the road in the open, due to which stray animals consume it, due to which animals are dying. Let us tell you that last night also, the Gau Rakshaks got the information about a cow falling ill, on which the Gau Rakshaks took the cow to the veterinary hospital and got it treated, but could not save the cow, due to which hundreds of angry Gau Rakshaks kept the dead body of the cow on a handcart and reached the Nagar Parishad office through the main roads of the city raising slogans and handed over the memorandum to the Chief Accountant and said that polythene should be completely banned in the city by making an allowance and if the shopkeeper does not do so, he should be fined. After this, all the people reached the Tehsil office where a memorandum was also handed over to Tehsildar Shivam Upadhyay in the name of the state government and It was demanded that to stop the daily deaths of cows in the city, a complete ban on polythene should be imposed and this should be strictly enforced and a grand cowshed should be built in the city. After this, the city council employees buried the dead cow and also planted a tree at that place.
