Shajapur, The Gaon Chalo campaign launched across the country by the Bharatiya Janata Party central leadership was launched in Shajapur district on Friday. Party workers, who reached the village in the role of extension in the campaign, worked to strengthen each booth in the direction of increasing the vote percentage.
Giving information, BJP district media in-charge Vijay Joshi said that on the call of BJP central leadership, on the instructions of BJP state president VD Sharma, BJP district president Ashok Nayak started the 'Gaon Chalo' campaign at 835 booths of the district on Friday. In this campaign that will last for three days, party workers will reach every booth and work towards increasing the vote percentage along with the party's charitable activities. This campaign will be run at 835 booths of only 15 mandals of Shajapur district, which was started on Friday. Shajapur Municipal Board President Naveen Rathore said that party workers will reach only 55 booths of the city under the Village Chalo campaign. It was started on Friday in which the workers were sent to the booth fixed by the district office. On this occasion, District General Secretary Dinesh Sharma welcomed all the workers going to Vistarak wearing BJP cap and scarf. For the coming two days, workers will reach the booths under the campaign.
