With the efforts of Honorable Chairman Sunil Chaurasia ji, free medical checkup camp and medicine distribution was done in the villages and settlements falling within the radius of 5 km in the mines closed before the year 2009 under the Mine Closure Plan. Special benefits were given to the tribal people in the medical camp. This was organized by SECL management and with the cooperation of Nagar Parishad Doomarkachhar. About 190 people took health benefits in the organized camp, who were given free benefits of health checkup and medicines. In the said organized health checkup, free health checkup of all the Safai Mitras of Nagar Parishad Doomarkachhar and free medicines were distributed. In the organized camp, Central Hospital Manendragarh specialist Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. L. Vaman, Dr. BG Mishra, Dr. Chinmay Patel, Dr. Sumit Mishra, Dr. Sheikh Wafia, Chief Pharmacist AK Patel, Senior Pharmacist Pankaj Pandey, Mine Manager of Underground Mine, R.B. Netam, Scheme Project, Rajneesh Pandey, Hospital and Organizing Team M. Kumar Mohammad The camp was successfully organised with the special contribution of Iqbal Ek Ghoshal, Radheshyam Singh, Shri Rambahor Krishna and all the councillors, public representatives and council employees.
