Anuppur, on 25.10.2024, Santlal Yadav, son of late Ramdin Yadav, resident of village Kansa, police station and district Anuppur, MP, presented his written complaint to the Superintendent of Police Anuppur, alleging fraud by the agent agency and the employee of Indusland Bank in the transaction of tractor purchase, when the complaint was presented to the police station in-charge, the investigating officer ASI RN Tiwari has been accused of influencing the investigation by threatening the witnesses. The applicant Santlal Yadav has written a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police alleging that I had financed tractor Sonalika number MP 65 ZA 1895 for a total amount of Rs 7 lakhs about 2 years ago from salesman Haider Ali of Rudra Motors sub-branch Rajendragram and manager and financier Sudeep Singh, Anoop Singh of Indusland Bank branch Anuppur. On which I paid Rs 2 lakh in cash and the deal for deducting the amount of old tractor Mahindra Shaktiman number MP 65 AA 1277 for Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand was done in front of Anand Ram Yadav, Durgesh Yadav, Jagdish Yadav, all three residents of village Kansa and was handed over to them. Due to which the remaining amount due for finance to me, the applicant, is only Rs 2 lakh 20 thousand, but the salesman of Rudra Motors and the manager financier of Indusland Bank cheated me by not deducting the amount of the old tractor Mahindra from the total amount, only deducting the cash amount and financing the entire amount of the new tractor, cheating me. After I complained about this to the police station in-charge on 21.6.2024, due to enmity, on 27.6.2024 at around 6:00 pm, salesman Haider Ali of Rudra Motors branch Rajendra Gram and employee Rahul of Indusland Bank branch Anuppur, along with their 10 goons, antisocial outsiders, went to my customer's house, abusing and threatening to kill me, forcibly took away my tractor Sonalika parked there and did not return my old tractor nor did they return any documents of both the tractors to me.

No action taken on complaint by Police Station In-charge Kotwali Anuppur

Applicant Santlal Yadav has also mentioned in his letter that on 27.6.2024, a written complaint was submitted by me to Police Station In-charge Kotwali Anuppur in this regard in which ASI Ramnarayan Tiwari got the documents for investigation, by whom no action was taken for a long time, when I complained under 181, I was called to the police station by ASI Tiwari for taking action, in which I went with witness Anand Ram, then he took my statement and the 181 complaint was cut, the statement of witness Anand Ram Yadav was called alone in the police station after several days and he was threatened and threatened to be sent to jail, in which the said witness signed the statement paper out of fear and the statement of testimony was written arbitrarily by ASI RN Tiwari. The above information was told to me later by my witness Anand Ram. I did not record the statements of the remaining witnesses because the investigation officer ASI RN Tiwari threatened them and influenced the investigation. I feel that he is in collusion with the company and the financier due to which no investigation was done on my complaint. The applicant has requested in the letter that the investigation should be done by a higher officer and justice should be given to me.

He says: -
I received the complaint in the absence of SP sahab and ASP sahab, on which a letter has been written to SDOP Anuppur to investigate the matter after hearing the applicant in person and submit a report and take necessary action.
