Satna, Former MLA Shankar Lal Tiwari said that an FIR should be lodged immediately on the death of the worker. He said that the accident that occurred due to mudslide during excavation in the sewer line project, former MLA Shankar Lal Tiwari has called it unfortunate and condemnable. The life of the worker could have been saved but the contract company. Due to the gross negligence and arbitrariness of the worker, he lost his life. Due to lack of any concrete arrangement, the worker lost his life. The culprits of the contract company should be immediately registered and arrested for murder and a compensation of Rs 50 lakh should be given to the family of the deceased from the contract company. Ensure employment to the dependents and also ensure that no negligence is done in the sewer line project. Work as per the rules so that such incidents do not recur.
