Food traders participated and got to know all the laws and provisions of the Food Safety Department

Damoh, Under the instructions given by Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar, under the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, with the aim of training the food traders of Damoh district about the rules related to food safety, under the Fostec scheme of Food Safety and Standards Authority (FSSAI), a food safety training program was organized for the food traders doing different types of food business of Damoh district by Fostec authorized trainer Vivek Pathak and mobilization manager Anuj Saxena in Ambedkar Bhawan Damoh located at Kachora Shopping Center under the guidance of Designated Officer (DO) Food Safety Administration Rakesh Ahirwal with the help of Food Safety Officer Damoh Madhavi Budhauliya. All the food traders participated in the said training program and got to know all the laws and provisions of the Food Safety Department.
It is known that FSSAI. Food business operators have been instructed by the FSSAI to compulsorily undergo offline FOSTEC training once every two years as Food Safety Supervisor. The said FOSTEC training has been provided to food traders of Damoh district by FOSTEC Program Empanelled Agency Global Institute. The food traders also asked trainer Vivek Pathak many questions related to their business, on which the trainer answered all the questions of the food traders and appealed to all the food traders present to follow all the rules of FSSAI.
