Satna, Today in the afternoon, there was a sudden stir in Kothi of the district when the officials of the Food Department suddenly raided the food shops, which revealed the reality of the food sellers and the shopkeepers who were selling adulterated food items in their greed for money, on seeing the officials taking samples in their shops, many shopkeepers closed their shutters and disappeared, whether they were hoteliers or grocery businessmen, some due to the items kept in their shops and some due to the lack of license to sell food items in the shops, but now the thing to be seen is whether this action continues continuously or remains packed in an envelope because the way samples of food items have been taken in one hotel after another in Kothi today, whether it is Shivam Sweet Mart of the market or Prince Sweet Mart of the bus stand or Riddhi Siddhi Sweet Mart, there is a special discussion in the whole city that adulterated items are being sold in Kothi which is playing with the health of the common man, Dr. KK Mishra, founder and president of Jan Jagran Manch of Kothi, said that today the reality of many shopkeepers of Kothi has come to light, how People are playing with the health of the people. When I saw many shopkeepers closing their shops, I felt very sad that how people are playing with the life of others in their greed for money. Food department should run a continuous campaign for this and should raid the shops regularly and take strict action so that shopkeepers remain afraid and they sell the right material and also take special care of cleanliness. Today, Food Department officer Seema Patel along with her staff took food samples from many places in Kothi along with Kothi Administrative Officer Tehsildar Kamlesh Bhadoria, which created a lot of discussions in the city. Tehsildar Kamlesh Bhadoria said that the festival season is going on, samples have been taken from many places to ensure that adulterated goods are not sold in the market and action will continue in future as well because the way people have closed their shops today due to fear is suspicious. Certainly, continuous action will be taken and it will be taken suddenly because this matter is related to the common people. People use food items daily and many types of diseases are caused by the use of adulterated goods. People who are affected should also become aware and shopkeepers should also sell the right products, for which this campaign will be run.
