First Girls Inter School Football Competition organized in District Sports Complex

Shivpuri, Sports and Youth Welfare Department started organizing the first Girls Inter School Football Competition on 6th August. In which girl players from 10 schools of the district participated. Many players of various sports come to practice daily in Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia District Sports Complex. All these players are practicing continuously. From 6th August, the sports complex had teams from the schools of the district like Innovative School, Happy Days School, Geeta Public School, Rangad Rainbow School, Government Girls School Complex Thakurpura, Government Girls School Court Road, Government Girls School Old Shivpuri, Government No. 1 School Pichore and Sports Department. This competition was based on league system. In which 150 girl players participated.
District Sports Officer Dr. KK Khare said that for the first time in the district, girl players started the football competition. In the final match of this competition, the girls of Kanya Shala Campus won 3-0 in the Inter School Football Competition against the girls of Happy Days School. The entire team was congratulated on this occasion.
Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan
A program was held in the District Sports Complex under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan. Everyone waved the tricolor with patriotic slogans and paid homage to the brave martyrs of the country. District Panchayat CEO Umarao Maravi participated in this Tiranga Yatra program. Also, players of various sports, coaches and boys and girls players and their families were present.
