Anuppur, the matter of occupation of the government residence allotted to the Additional Superintendent of Police has become a topic of discussion in the entire district these days, while the district administration is sweating over removing the occupation of the said government residence. The matter is constantly wandering about removing the occupation from the government residence number E-3 allotted in the name of the new Additional Superintendent of Police Israr Mansuri after his posting in Anuppur, but in the case of the transferred Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh occupying the said residence for more than 3 months, Collector Ashish Vashisht along with SDM Anuppur continuously issued notices and sent notices with instructions to vacate the said allotted government residence, but every time in the notice, the then Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh is confusing the administration and making excuses of different reasons in every notice. Confusing on every correspondence of the administration
When Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh was transferred to Police Headquarters Bhopal on 5 April 2024, a notice was issued continuously to vacate the allotted government residence number E-3 in front of the Joint Collectorate and a reply was sought. On which the then Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh is confusing the district administration by presenting his different reply every time. In which he had written that his family was residing in the said house on 14 July. Where on the orders of the Collector, physical verification of the said house was done, where the said government house was found to be locked. After which during the second correspondence, the then ASP again sought an opportunity of 15 days to vacate the said government house, and it was mentioned in the reply that he would vacate the house only after getting the residence and leave. Final notice issued to vacate the house, 7 days time given
The newly posted Additional Superintendent of Police is facing many problems due to the then Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh continuing to occupy the government house for more than 3 months after his transfer. Where SDM Anuppur Deepshikha Bhagat issued a final notice in the name of the then ASP on 25th July and gave him a final time of 7 days. Where through letter number 717, the SDM has written that even after more than 3 months have passed, time was sought to vacate the house, which is inappropriate. On which SDM Anuppur has issued a final notice to the then ASP and directed him to vacate the said house within 7 days. Otherwise, under the provisions mentioned in the Public Premises Eviction Act, a letter has been written to take unilateral action and all the responsibility has been said to be his own. Many rumours spread about not leaving the possession
According to information received from sources, there is a public discussion in the district headquarters that the then Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar Singh is trying to get himself posted again in Anuppur district, where the said government residence is not being vacated. Whereas due to not vacating the government residence, Additional Superintendent of Police Israr Mansuri is forced to live with his family in the high rest house of Amarkantak Thermal Power Station Chachai for a long time. Along with this, he has to travel 8 km every day to the Superintendent of Police office Anuppur to discharge his duties. At the same time, Chief Engineer of Amarkantak Thermal Power Station M.L. Patel has issued notice to ASP Israr Mansuri twice to vacate the room due to the room of the high rest house Chachai being occupied for a long time, due to which his family is upset. He said that the then Additional Superintendent of Police has been given a final notice along with a time limit of 7 days. If the said government residence is not vacated within 7 days, eviction proceedings will be initiated.
