Satna, A grand one-day eye medical retina/yuviya workshop was organized at Sadguru Netra Chitrakoot, an internationally renowned institute established by Saint Ranchoddas Ji Maharaj. More than 150 eye doctors from India and abroad participated in this workshop. The topic of this workshop was based on retina/uvea i.e. inflammation in the inner part of the eye. Various experts from the field of ophthalmology discussed their experiences, new research and innovations, the main objective of which is to provide quality treatment to eye patients and speed up the prevention of blindness in India. The workshop was started with lighting of lamp and Guru pujan by the guests. Chief guest Dr. PC Dwivedi of Medical College Rewa, Director of Sadguru Eye Hospital Dr. BK Jain, Dr. Ilesh Jain, Rupesh Agarwal Singapore, Prof. Dipankar Nandi, Dr. Uma Nambiar, Dr. Kalpana B. Murthy, Dr. Alok Sen, Dr. Rakesh Shakya, Dr. Narendra Patidar, Dr. Gautam Singh Parmar, Dr. Rajesh Joshi, Dr. Amrita More along with all the doctors of Sadguru Eye Hospital were present and Prof. Amod Gupta and Prof. Aman Sharma remained connected through video conferencing. Sadguru Netra Hospital Director Dr. BK Jain and Administrator Dr. Ilesh Jain said in their address during this one-day workshop that such workshops should be held from time to time, so that experiences of each other are shared, which directly benefits the eye patients and every eye specialist has only one objective, to treat eye patients in the best possible way and all this is possible only when we share our experiences with each other through such workshops. Sadguru Netra Hospital's Retina Department's senior eye doctor Dr. Alok Sen said that, in this two-day workshop, with the participation of all the doctors from India and abroad, we all got the opportunity to exchange our experiences and knowledge. With everyone's presence, this will prove to be a milestone in the field of ophthalmology, we all have benefited from each other's experiences. I am happy that today, renowned doctors from India and abroad came here and made this workshop a success. At the conclusion of the workshop, all the ophthalmologists who participated in the workshop were honoured by Dr. B.K. Jain, Director of Sadguru Eye Hospital, by giving them a garland, a bouquet of flowers and a memento.
