Lalbarra, All India Garhwal Samaj Mahasabha's one day executive meeting was held on Sunday, 22 December at Shubh Marriage Lawn Bhatera Balaghat, all the national level officials participated in the said meeting, in which mainly the patron of All India Garhwal Samaj, National President, Mandal President, Executive Member and Youth Cell President, and Women Cell President were present in the meeting,

First of all, before the meeting started, the meeting was started with Saraswati Vandana by garlanding the photograph of Maa Saraswati and the founder of the society Bapu Murari ji, after that the guests seated on the stage were welcomed by putting a garland and applying tilak.

Mahasabha treasurer Pradeep Khare presented the details of income and expenditure, and according to the agenda, the donated land situated in Balaghat on which hostel building is to be constructed, the construction committee was formed after discussing its formation, whose chairman was Shri Kamleshwar Ajit ji (former president Abhagas) and the associate members were Rajendra Brahme Balaghat, Bunty Arjunwar Kirnapur, Arun Bhardwaj Khairagarh, Damendra Dhaneshwar (educationist) Lalbarra, Dayashankar Ajit Seoni, Durgaprasad Shivvanshi Nagpur, Omeshwar Nageshwar Bharveli, Netlal Kurum Lalbarra, Kishore Dinewar Balaghat, Vinod Haridwaj Damoh, then the president of the youth cell Rahul Shivvanshi announced the executive of the youth cell and the president of the women cell Mrs. Mamta Patel also announced her committee from the stage, after that a discussion was held on the social introduction conference, in which it was agreed to be held on January 19, which was supported by all, including the youth The cell and the women cell have been entrusted with the responsibility of organising the introduction conference. Since Balaghat is the focal point, discussions have begun in Balaghat division. If the youth cell and women cell work together to accomplish this task, it will prove to be a success.
