The government had also spent crores of rupees on this scheme, but some careless officers and contractors have ruined this scheme, many questions are being raised on this scheme. A similar question is being raised repeatedly in the village panchayat Jhamul, which comes under Birsa Janpad Panchayat. News is being published repeatedly on this issue. Due to the negligence of the PHE department and the contractor, the tap to be installed under the Nal Jal Yojana in the village panchayat Jhamul has not been installed in any house till date, due to which the villagers are not getting pure water, due to which the villagers are showing anger towards the department and the contractor. And the village head Gautriya Maravi has also lodged written complaints against the department and the contractor many times, but no solution has been found yet. Regarding which, on August 2, a news was published under the title "Due to the negligence of the department, tap has not been installed in every house in Jhamul Panchayat till now" and the SDO of the PHE department was also informed about the actual situation by discussing verbally on the phone, on which he said that the work has been stopped due to rain and also told about the problem of electricity, but he said that the work will be started formally within a week, but it has not been done yet. At the same time, village Sarpanch Shri Gautriya Maravi has accused the PHE department and the contractor of negligence and he alleges that whenever the contractor and officials are called, they do not pick up our phone even after the call is connected. When they do not pick up the phone of us, the public representatives, then the matter of common citizens is different. Whereas the people of the village have a lot of faith in a Sarpanch. If there is any problem, they come directly to us. But due to such people, the work does not get done. Information was received from the villagers that a few days ago, the SDO engineer and contractor from the PHE department had come to the village and by taking the simple people of the village into confidence, they got the Panchnama signed by deceit. Since then, they have not come to the village and are not working. A complaint has also been made on the CM helpline number, whose complaint number is 28598789. But till now no action has been taken against the department and the contractor, nor are the department and the contractor getting any work done in the village. It seems that all the thieves are cousins. It seems to be a game of commission. That is why negligence is being shown. That is why no action is being taken even after filing a written complaint and the department and the contractor are enjoying themselves and the villagers are facing problems.

No action even on complaint, pure water not available in every home

It should be known that the village sarpanch is continuously filing complaints against the PHE department and the contractor but no action is being taken against anyone till now and the work on the ground is still zero due to which not even a single household is getting water till date under the Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojana, the brunt of which is being borne by the villagers and the department is sleeping like Kumbhakarna, they are not worried at all, while the villagers have demanded action against such careless officers and contractor from the newly arrived District Magistrate and have demanded that work on the scheme be started so that pure water can be available in every home.

They say

Not a single house in the village is getting pure water under the Nal Jal Yojana, about which we have complained many times, no action is being taken, the department and the contractor are being negligent, we demand from the newly arrived District Magistrate to take immediate action against such negligent officers and contractors.
