Damoh, On the occasion of Environment Day in Government Secondary School Sataua Complex Center - Bansakala Block - Patharia District Damoh, School Incharge Mohan Singh distributed trees and plants to school children and responsible persons of the village and all the teachers and children were sworn in that not only on Environment Day but they will always be ready for the protection of the environment, they will take care of the trees after planting them and will also inspire other people. The UCO team of the school also does commendable work towards the environment at the village and school level. After planting the trees, a green mat net was tied for their protection so that these trees can be protected from animals. For planting trees, other teacher colleagues Arvind Singh Thakur, Deepak Mishra from Primary School Shahpur, ANM Varsha Gupta from Government Hospital Gadhakota, Lakshmi Arsiya provided special support amount for purchasing trees and planting trees. School incharge Mohan Singh said that the UCO Youth Club team of our school organizes activities to keep the children connected with the environment throughout the year along with studies such as cleanliness drive, water conservation, hand washing, visit to health departments, agriculture related information, soil conservation, energy conservation etc.
