Shajapur, Under Mission Ankur program, an educational dialogue of FLN teachers of Jan Shiksha Kendra Umavi No. 2, AMLB was organized on Friday in MLB New Building located in Somvariya Bazaar under the guidance of cluster principal Poonam Trivedi regarding understanding of the tool for assessing the efficiency of each student of basic literacy and numeracy skill development class in class 3, school-wise analysis of the test taken in the month of July, preparations for the test of the month of August. During this, the difficulties of the teachers related to FLN teaching and the challenges faced in teaching and learning were highlighted. A detailed discussion was held on the action plan to track each student through the tool kit of language and numeracy. In the dialogue, DRG Jagdish Bhavsar, Gopal Kumbhakar, Janshikshak Shivnarayan Karada, Shyam Parmar gave necessary guidance to the teachers on FLN teaching of class 3. During this period, everything from case study to pre-test and post-test was taken from the teachers. Jan Shikshak Lokesh Rathore reviewed the school-wise preparations for the National Achievement Survey to be held in class 3, 6 and guided the teachers regarding continuous weekly tests, mock tests of the students and maintenance of their records. More than 50 teachers from both the centers participated in the program.
