Satna, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Madhya Pradesh government will identify the places where Lord Shri Ram has travelled in Madhya Pradesh, namely the Vanagaman Path and Shri Krishna Pathey, and develop them as pilgrimage sites. The Madhya Pradesh government is going to identify the route of travel to Chitrakoot or the route of return to Ayodhya after the victory of Lanka and develop it as a pilgrimage site.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Lord Shri Ram spent 11 years in Chitrakoot Dham. He has instructed the Satna Collector to take charge of the Chitrakoot Development Authority. Work has been started to make an integrated plan by bringing together different local and rural bodies and other departments at that place so that the period of Lord Shri Ram is memorable and visible on a grand scale at Chitrakoot Dham.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state has a deep relationship with the glorious past of Lord Shri Ram. We are fortunate that Lord Shri Ram spent a long time in Madhya Pradesh on the banks of Mandakini. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has requested all the devotees and devotees of Lord Shri Ram to come and visit Chitrakoot Dham along with Ayodhya Dham. Strengthen the relations culturally and definitely visit Madhya Pradesh once.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the places related to Lord Krishna's travels in Madhya Pradesh, such as Lord Krishna's education in Ujjain, Lord Parshuram ji giving him Sudarshan Chakra in Janapav and the holy places of Rukmini ji's abduction in Amjhera near Dhar, are going to be made pilgrimage sites. For the Sri Krishna Pathey Marg, instructions have been issued to the Tourism and Culture Department to identify the places of leela related to our beloved Lord Krishna and develop them as pilgrimage sites.
