Bhind, as per the pre-announced program regarding the deteriorating conditions in the district, a large number of Congress workers under the leadership of District Congress Committee District President Mansingh Kushwaha tried to hand over the memorandum by shouting slogans and stopping the convoy of Panchayat and Rural Development and Labor Department Cabinet Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government and District Bhind Incharge Prahlad Patel at Subhash Tiraha of Bhind district, but the minister did not take the memorandum containing the demands related to the public due to arrogance.

Congress District President Mansingh Kushwaha said, illegal sand excavation and transportation is going on in the district with the connivance of the Mineral Department, the health system in the district hospital is completely ruined, the general public in the district is deprived of basic facilities. Mr. Kushwaha said that when the administration here is told about the deteriorating conditions of the district, they ignore it. He said that overall the situation in Bhind district is like Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja. There is no one to listen to the common man here. Shri Kushwaha said that when the Congress Party wanted to give a memorandum to the newly appointed in-charge minister of the district Prahlad Patel for resolving public problems, the in-charge minister, immersed in arrogance, did not take the memorandum containing the demands of the public. He said that the minister is so immersed in arrogance, and tauntingly said that the minister's stature is big but his heart is very small.

Shri Kushwaha said that when the Congress Party wanted to submit a memorandum regarding public issues, the minister did not take the memorandum. Certainly, this is an insult to the entire public of Bhind district. The Congress Party will not tolerate the insult of the common man. When the time comes, the public will teach a lesson to the arrogant ministers and leaders of the BJP.

The Congress Party will continue to struggle on the demands of the public, and if needed, we will not shy away from launching the biggest movement. The main demands in the memorandum by Congress on behalf of the public were -
(1) In Bhind district, the Mineral Department had given permission to Riddhi Siddhi Company to lift the seized sand dump, whereas the company is illegally excavating sand from the rivers despite the ban by NGT by not lifting it from the dump and the company is illegally collecting money 5 km away from the dump.
(2) The electricity system in the entire district has collapsed badly, the work of cutting hours in the name of estimated bill and maintenance is being done throughout the district, which should be stopped.
(3) In village Misa of Ater area, small innocent children are not able to go to school due to the occupation of the main road by the goons, the complaint of which has been made by the villagers to the Collector Bhind for 2 months continuously, even after that the problem of the villagers is not being solved.
(4) Hundreds of accidents happen due to stray cattle, many houses on Bhind-Etawah National Highway have lost their children while the cow shelters built during Kamal Nath government are closed, they should be made operational so that cows can be protected and accidents can be curbed.

(5) Health system is completely in shambles in the entire district, Bhind district is already facing shortage of doctors, the doctors who are there are also absent during duty hours and the incident of giving birth to a girl child under the open sky in Gohad hospital and the death of MLA's brother due to lack of treatment in Gohad Community Center is a very sad matter.

Mainly Congress District President Mansingh Kushwaha, District Vice President Virendra Singh Yadav, District Organization Minister Irshad Ahmed, District Media Incharge Pankaj Tripathi, Vice President Ashutosh Sharma, Adv. were present to submit the memorandum. Amar Singh Shakya, Vice President Devendra Singh Bhadoria, Kisan Congress former District President Gajendra Singh Bhadoria, District Minister Chandrabhan Singh Kushwah, Adv. Harnarayan Sharma, Councilor Adesh Arele Ranu, District Secretary Rajendra Singh Parihar, District General Secretary Vivek Pachauri, Amit Kushwaha, Pramod Kushwaha, Pinky Uchadia, Rambaran Singh Kushwah, Surendra Singh Chauhan, Neeraj Singh Parihar and a large number of workers were present.
