Shajapur, A dialogue program was organized on Monday to know the personal problems of the children appearing before the Juvenile Justice Board, District Shajapur. During the dialogue, the children explained their problems in detail. One of the major problems that came to light among their problems was that in case of any crime committed by juvenile delinquents, they are given a transfer certificate TC from the respective schools or they are forced to take TC from the school themselves or are threatened with expulsion, which also comes under the category of cruelty to the said children. Doing so is a punishable offense as per the Juvenile Justice Act or the Care and Protection of Children Act 2015. They were provided detailed information about this and told that no school operator can expel a juvenile delinquent from school in this manner and cannot stop them from continuing their education. Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board Shajapur Dr. Swati Chauhan, who was present on the occasion, said that no school operator can stop any juvenile delinquent from continuing his education. If any school operator stops a juvenile delinquent from continuing his education, then strict action can be taken against the school operator in-charge under the Juvenile Justice Act or the Care and Protection of Children Act 2015. Apart from the Principal Magistrate, Raghvendra Meena, Sushma Bardoniya, Seema Sharma etc. were present in the said dialogue.
