Dhar, District Teacher Honor Ceremony Committee, Dhar, in the series of "World's Largest Honor Ceremony of Retired Teachers" organized Teacher Honor Ceremony and Honor Ceremony of Special Talents in Dhar on Teacher's Day, 5th September. Dhar MLA Mrs. Neena Verma, Mr. Rajeev Yadav Yadav, former CB President, Mr. Sardar Singh Meda District Panchayat President, Mrs. Neha Mahesh Bodne, Municipal President, Mr. Brajkant Shukla, Assistant Director, Tribal Affairs Department were present. World Book of Records representatives from London Mr. Ashish Mishra, Mr. Himanshu Tiwari and Mr. Prabhu Rathod were also present on the stage.
State Bank of India Regional Manager Francis Hasda, Patrons Shri Ramnarayan Dhakad and Shri Baban Agarwal, Committee Chairman Narayan Kuberji Joshi and Founder and Secretary Suresh Goyal were also present on the stage.

In the beginning, the felicitation ceremony was formally started by garlanding the pictures of Mother Saraswati and Dr. Radhakrishnanji and lighting the lamp in front of them. The officials and members of the committee welcomed and felicitated all the guests present on the stage.

Committee spokesperson Ashish Goyal, while giving the report of the committee, said that for the last 39 years, the committee has been honoring retired teachers with shawl, quince, garland and certificate of honor. About 5400 retired teachers have been honored by the committee in these years. The committee also makes arrangements for food for the retired teachers. Along with this, teachers who have received President's Award and Governor's Award in the previous years are also honored and high school and higher education teachers are also honoured. Principals who give 100 percent examination results in secondary schools have also been respected. For the last 9 years, the committee also honors the special talents who have made Dhar and the district proud at the national and international level in various fields of the society. This program, which started from a small scale, has today achieved innovative innovations across the world. We have no information from the whole country that such a felicitation ceremony has been organized at this level for so many years, hence the committee has been honored today by the World Book of Records London and earlier also by the Golden Book of World Records in 2018 and It is a matter of pride for the entire Dhar city that the World Book of Records and the Golden Book of World Records have given it the status of the world's largest felicitation ceremony for retired teachers.

Contemporary, the committee is also active in environmental, national and social fields. In the past years, plantation work has also been done on World Environment Day and Hariyali Amavasya in 4 passenger waiting rooms and Adarsh Road, Dhareshwar, Lalbagh and Happy Villa Garden in the city. During the Corona period, distribution of food to the needy people and vaccination camp for Corona vaccine for 2 months and 11 days was also organized by the committee. National and social events are also organised.

Sureshchandra Goyal, founder and secretary of the District Teachers' Honor Ceremony Committee, said that 180 retired teachers of the Tribal Affairs Department and Education Department from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 were honored at the ceremony. Along with this, retired teachers of the C category were also honored. Along with this, Mr. Bharat Singh Ji Sarel Guruji, who selflessly runs the Kankalpura Ashram under special talents, Mr. Morsingh Ji Girwal, who donated five bighas of land for this Ashram, Late, who did many social service works during his lifetime. Mr. Ravindrasinh ji Saluja posthumously, Mr. Suryapal Singh Chauhan, who wrote the film The Kerala Story, Ms. Sanskriti Manoj ji Somani, selected in the Indian Administrative Service, Bhoo Mai Welfare Foundation Dhar, working for environmental awareness and environmental protection, all in the Indian Navy Ms. Ruchi Rajeshji Bajpai selected as Lieutenant, Raghavendra Manoj Ji Ma Heshwari selected as Lieutenant in Indian Army, Ms. Bali Akhilesh Ji Chaudhary, who got rank 166 in International Olympiad, who brought laurels to Dhar through Yoga in the country and abroad. Yoga Guru Shri Ramesh Kashyap, Gopal Da and Raju Seth, who have been doing healthy entertainment through social media in the field of entertainment, were honored with mementos, felicitation letters and garlands. The welcome speech at the ceremony was given by committee treasurer Ramesh Solanki, vote of thanks by committee vice president Braj Kishore Boda and the famous litterateur Dr. Shrikantji Dwivedi conducted the ceremony smoothly.

Addressing the function, Dhar MLA Mrs. Neena Verma said that a teacher never retires, the teacher is the first guru after the mother. The teacher is the creator of a person's values. He requested all the retired teachers to continue serving the society and cooperate in the development of the state. He congratulated the committee for organizing the program continuously since 1984 and for creating two world records.

Former CCB President Mr. Rajeev Yadav said that the committee has been doing this pious work for 39 consecutive years. Sureshji Goyal, the founder of the committee, should get the Madhya Pradesh Gaurav Award. I wish to all the retired teachers that the new teachers get your experience and positive benefits. You have definitely retired from government service but the responsibility of social awareness and national work is now on you.
  District Panchayat President Shri Sardar Singh Meda saluted all the gurus and congratulated them. Teachers provide new direction to the society and shape the destiny of children.
  Municipality President Mrs. Neha Bodhane said that teachers contribute the most in making a good person. Due to which a better society, city, state and then a better country is created. Teacher is the destiny maker of the country.
  Assistant Commissioner of Tribal Affairs Department, Shri Brijkant Shukla assured that he will always be available in case of any problem in government work. He said that teachers should be respected in every situation. The importance of Gurus has been emphasized since the time of Gurukul. Teacher is the future builder of the society and country.
Little girl Mukta Ankur Paliwal presented Saraswati and Guru Vandana dance, Shri Harjit Singh Hora of the same committee presented Guru Vandana. Saraswati Vandana was sung by Mrs. Aruna Boda. The congratulatory letter was read by Gangasingh Sisodia.
