The contractor beat up the railway employee and behaved indecently. In protest against this incident, the union leaders and railway employees sat on dharna in Jamalpur factory and started creating ruckus. Angry with the incident, the railway employees demanded action against the contractor and cancellation of the tender.

Railway employees sat on dharna in Asia's famous railway factory Jamalpur demanding action against contractor Badal Singh. It is said that railway employee TPT driver Dhirendra Yadav was going by car with goods from the shop, when the contractor himself was coming driving a tractor near the wrs - 2 shop and the contractor started behaving indecently with the railway employee and started beating him for giving way.

After which railway employee Dhirendra Yadav complained to his officers against contractor Badal Singh. In protest against contractor Badal Singh, the union and railway employees sat on dharna and started demanding cancellation of Badal Singh's tender. After which, the anger of the railway workers subsided after the assurance of the Chief Factory Manager. The demand of the railway workers is that from today onwards contractor Badal Singh should not come inside the factory gate and action should be taken against him. After the assurance of the Chief Factory Manager, the railway workers calmed down and returned to work.
