Senior Congress leader and Advocates Association President Amit Shukla said that Minister Prahlad Patel said in a program that wherever the minister reaches, the public puts forward a bowl to beg for gifts in the name of giving memorandum, he used the word beggar to insult the public. Senior District Congress leader Amit Shukla said that certainly the above statement of Prahlad Patel is condemnable and highly objectionable. Congress will always fight on the streets for the honor and self-respect of the people. By publicly calling the common people beggars, he has insulted the public. Demanding a public apology from Minister Prahlad Patel, he said that such a statement by the Minister seems to show that the state has now gone out of the hands of the BJP.
