Damoh, Collector and District Election Officer Mayank Aggarwal has told the general public that for the assembly elections 2023, the complaint/monitoring control room and call center for the operation of assembly constituencies 54-Patharia, 55-Damoh, 56-Jabera and 57-Hata will be located at the ground floor of the collector's office. -It has been installed in the control room (Voter Assistance Center for General Elections) located on the ground floor. Toll free number for election related complaints is 1950 and telephone number is 07812-224045. The control room and call center will remain operational 24 hours continuously as per the instructions of the Commission. In the control room, Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Aggarwal has put the officers/employees on duty from October 30, 2023 (including holidays) till further orders.

Additional Collector Meena Masram said that the nodal officer of the complaint and monitoring control room and call center will be Sanjay Pandey. Assistant Teacher Secondary School Sadguvan Krishna Kumar Pandey, J.M.I. Duty of Malaria Department Santosh Thakur and Class IV employee of Health Department Vinod Athya in the first shift from 08 am to 03 pm, Sarva Shiksha Kendra Assistant Grade-3 Rakesh Ahirwar, Excellent School Assistant Grade-3 Apoorva Hazari and Class IV employee Education Department Osho Upadhyay's duty in the second inning from 03 pm to 11 pm and M.L.B. School Assistant Grade-3 Dharmendra Patharia, Assistant Grade-3 Vikas Ahirwar of Public Health Engineering Department and Class IV employee Yashwant Rathore of Public Education Patharia have been put on duty in the third shift from 11 pm to 08 am. .
He has directed that the concerned employees will ensure their presence in the election office on the scheduled date, place and time.

Second training of micro observers completed for easy voting

Under the direction of Collector and District Election Officer Mayank Aggarwal, the second training of micro observers and training of disabled employees for easy polling was completed at Polytechnic College, Damoh and Model College, Barpati.
In the training, micro observers were given training to the voters above 80 years of age who have to vote at home through postal ballot, through PPT in detail by the master trainer. Training Assistant Nodal Training SN Hasan, Dr. Alok Sonwalkar, Mohan Rai, Mukesh Gujre, Dilip Joshi asked questions to the trainees, which were answered accurately by the employees receiving the training.
