Anuppur, Anuppur Superintendent of Police Anuppur Motiur Rahman had held a meeting with all the station incharges of the district a day earlier to improve the law and order of the district, in which all station incharges were given strict instructions to stop illegal businesses and criminal activities. Along with this, it was said to prepare a list of criminals included in the goon list in the police station areas and keep an eye on them and take appropriate action. But when the officers or employees of the police department itself are bent on hooliganism with the general public, then in such a situation will they also be included in the goon list and action will be taken by the Superintendent of Police or will all these rules and regulations be limited to the common people only....? Similarly, in a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police, complainant Omkar Yadav alias Sonu, son of Ramkhelavan Yadav, resident of village-Mauhari Tehsil Police Station and District-Anuppur, told that he works as an assistant manager in Rai Filling Center, on 21.08.2024, due to less nozzlemen, seeing the crowd of people taking oil, I myself was standing and helping the nozzleman to give oil. Then at around 04:30 pm, ASI Ramnarayan Tiwari posted at Police Station Anuppur came on his Pulsar motorcycle, and when I was giving oil to other customers, at the same time he started abusing me and said, why are you laughing, on which after I asked the reason for the abuse, ASI Ramnarayan Tiwari started trying to take out the pistol kept in his waist, and again abusing my mother and sister, said that you are acting like a big goon, ask me who your master is. Yes, I will fix that too. Along with this, Ramnarayan Tiwari threatened me by beating me and saying that he will implicate me in a false case. At that time, there was a crowd of people working in Rai Petrol Pump, Bileshwar Patel, Dharmendra Yadav and many others, who saw the incident. I repeatedly requested Tiwari ji that why are you abusing me, but he did not listen and kept abusing me in a public place, which sounded very bad.

According to the complainant, despite being in police uniform, ASI Ramnarayan Tiwari was doing hooliganism and criminal acts with me considering me poor, as mentioned above. I informed all the employees working in my Rai Petrol Pump and also told the manager. After some time of the incident, when I informed the police station in-charge Arvind Jain about the incident, he told me to come to the police station and tell him, I am busy in some work right now. After which I reached the police station at around 07:00 in the evening, where I could not meet the police station in-charge as he was out for some other work. The same complainant has told the Superintendent of Police in his complaint that after the said incident, I am very scared of the criminal act of RN Tiwari. I feel that some fake case can be made against me and I can be trapped, hence it is requested that a case be registered against ASI Ramnarayan Tiwari for committing the crime with the applicant as above and I should be protected.
