Lalbarra, in Gram Panchayat Nagpura under Janpad Panchayat, a complaint has been made to the Janpad Panchayat CEO by Shiv Prasad Lilhare accusing Sarpanch Mrs. Anita Jeevan Lilhare of misusing the position and illegally providing Panchayat funds to Panchpati and relatives and giving wrong information in the affidavit submitted with the Sarpanch's application form in Panchayat elections 2022 and action has been demanded. At the same time, it is mentioned in the complaint letter that according to the cash book of Gram Panchayat Nagpura, in September 2022, as per certificate number 27,32,33 and 34, an amount of about ninety thousand rupees has been illegally given by the Nagpur Sarpanch to his brother-in-law Sundar Lal father Harichand Lilhare on different dates, citing various fake works to Trilokban Goswami, husband of Panch Mrs. Bindiya Goswami of Ward No. 08, citing various fake works and the Sarpanch has illegally given an amount of more than ninety thousand rupees from the Panchayat fund to his brother-in-law Sundar Lal father Harichand Lilhare, by certificate number 35,40,41,51,52,54,56,57,59,61,77,78 and 79, citing fake works. Sundar Lal has never done any kind of work in the Panchayat and Sundar Lal does not have his own tractor or any other vehicle, even after that, the amount was given to the Panchayat by showing the material of building construction and cleaning work fraudulently. has been paid to the above two persons. The amount has been paid by the non-applicant with a view to illegally benefit her family member and the husband of the Panch. The cash book register of Gram Panchayat Nagpura from the year 2022 to September 2024 should be investigated in detail and the husbands and family members of other Panchs have also been given money illegally by the non-applicant by telling false work without doing any work. After a detailed investigation of which, it would be justified to immediately remove the non-applicant from the post for making illegal payment of government money, benefiting herself and her family members and doing anti-people work, and to issue an order to recover the amount given/withdrawn illegally from the non-applicant and deposit it in the government account. Further, it is mentioned in the complaint letter that in the affidavit attached with the nomination form filled by the non-applicant Sarpanch for the post of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Nagpura for Panchayat Election 2022, wrong and false information has been given that any type of land or plot is non-enclosed in the column of non-agricultural/residential/commercial plot. Also, the non-applicant has also stated non-enclosed in the column of her husband and all dependents, whereas for the last many years, the government grass land has been occupied illegally and houses have been built and residences are being built on it. In this way, false and fake information has been given by the non-applicant in the affidavit given in the election process as well. At the time of the 2022 elections, the non-applicant's husband Jeevanlal Lilhare had encroachment on government land and it is still there, which has been investigated in detail and legal action has been demanded against the non-applicant. While giving information to the press, the complainant said that a complaint was also lodged against the Sarpanch in the Collector's public hearing on 30/7/2024, the investigation of which is under suspicion and the complaint has also been lodged on the CM Helpline for action, whose complaint number is 28739734. Now it remains to be seen that till when the concerned officer gets the complaint investigated or the complaint remains in cold storage.
