Damoh, under the instructions issued by the state government, Collector Mayank Aggarwal has given all the principals of the district government and recognized non-government, higher secondary and higher secondary vocational, high school, physical education training, diploma in pre-school education (D.C.S.E. .) The training institute has been told that the Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal 2024 examination programs for High School, Higher Secondary, Physical Education Training and Diploma in Pre-School Education (D.C.S.E.) have been released.

Collector Mayank Aggarwal said that arrangements should be made to post the examination program on the notice board outside the school for the information of the candidates at such a place where all the concerned people can conveniently see it. Arrangements should be made by the class teacher for the concerned candidates of the school to get their respective examination subject, question paper, date, day and time marked. All the examinations conducted by the Board will be conducted as per the examination schedule between 09 am to 12 noon.

Please pay special attention to ensure that every candidate knows the complete schedule and timing of his/her examination. Remember that the examinations for regular/self-study/blind, deaf and dumb (disabled) candidates will be conducted equally on the same date, day and time. High School Regular/Self-Study Exam Schedule Exam Year 2024 has been released. The examination will be held from 9 to 12 in the morning. In these, the exam will be on Monday 5th February for Hindi subject, Wednesday 7th February for Urdu, Friday 9th February for Sanskrit and Tuesday 13th February for Mathematics paper. Similarly, on Thursday 15th February, there will be painting, singing, playing Tabla Pakhawaj, computer for Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Sindhi, mute, deaf and blind students.
Similarly, on Monday 19th February, English, Thursday 22nd February, Science, Monday 26th February, Social Science and Wednesday 28th February, examinations of all the subjects of National Skill Qualification Framework and Artificial Intelligence will be conducted.

Instructions for candidates

It has been said in the instructions for the candidates that it will be mandatory for all the candidates to be present in the examination class by 08 am. No student will be allowed entry after 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the examination. Please note carefully that if any public or local holiday is declared by the government during the examination period, the examinations will be conducted as per the schedule.
Practical examinations for regular candidates will be conducted in their schools between 05 March to 20 March and practical examinations for self-study students will be conducted at the examination center allotted to them between 05 February to 28 February. To know their dates and times, contact should be established with the Principal/Centre Head. If necessary, practical examinations can be conducted even during holidays. It will be mandatory for all the candidates to be present in the examination hall at the examination center at 8:30 am. No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 8:45 am. Students will be given answer sheets 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination (from 8:50 am) and question papers will be given to the students 5 minutes before (from 8:55 am). If necessary, the Board can change the date and time at any time without prior notice, but will communicate through communication medium. The question paper of all subjects of regular and self-study students of high school examination will be of 75 marks and for self-study students, the marks list will be given by giving 100 percent weightage of the marks obtained out of 75 marks.
