Damoh, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar has directed to organize camps at tehsil level to resolve pending complaints of the Revenue Department of the district on CM Helpline 181. The camps will be organized on 04, 05, 09, 10, 18, 19, 23, 24, 30 and 31 July. The Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) of the concerned tehsil has been appointed as the in-charge officer for the camps organized at tehsil level.

The Collector said that in order to resolve the pending complaints of Revenue Department's CM Helpline till June-2024 in each Tehsil office of the district, complainants related to all pending complaints of Revenue and General Administration Department till June should be called in these camps, for this all the complainants should be informed from all Tehsil offices 01 day before the camp is organized. The presence of all the staff of Tehsil Office, Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Revenue Inspector, Patwari should be ensured compulsorily in the camps.

He has directed that maximum number of CM Helpline complaints should be resolved in the scheduled camp. Such complainants of the district whose complaints related to Revenue Department and Tehsil Offices are pending, can get their complaint resolved by appearing in the camp on the scheduled date in the concerned Tehsil office.
