Satna, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav reached Chitrakoot on Thursday, August 1 to organize Geopark establishment workshop in Chitrakoot and to give a gift of Rs 250/- to the beloved sisters of the state for Raksha Bandhan festival. In the program organized in Vivekanand Auditorium located in Chitrakoot Udyamita Vidyapeeth, the Chief Minister started his address by singing the song for sisters, Phoolon Ka Taaron Ka Ye Hi Kehna Hai, Ek Hazaaron Me Meri Behna Hai. Describing Raksha Bandhan as a holy festival, the Chief Minister said that festivals bring love and trust in our lives. The government has decided that from today till the 10th, every public representative across the state will celebrate the festival of Raksha Bandhan with their sisters. Raksha Bandhan festival is a wonderful festival of brother and sister and the king of all festivals. Rs 250/- has been given to all the sisters to celebrate the festival. Apart from this, an amount of Rs 450/- will be provided to the sisters for domestic gas cylinder. The government wants to celebrate all the festivals and festivals together with the society. On this occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the sisters on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan festival, as well as gave instructions from the stage to stop all the recovery being done in Chitrakoot, the same Ladli sisters presented a big Rakhi to the Chief Minister as a gift.

Grand inauguration of workshop for establishment of Geopark in Chitrakoot: Development of the area will happen by becoming a Geopark: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav

Chitrakoot, 1 August 2024: An important field workshop and group discussion was organized for the establishment of a potential Geopark in Chitrakoot. The program was organized by The Society of Earth Scientists, IIT-Kanpur, and the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India in collaboration with Deendayal Research Institute, Chitrakoot. The main objective of this event was to discuss the possibilities of establishing a Geopark in Chitrakoot and to take necessary steps in this direction.
The inaugural session of the program was organized at 1:30 pm in Vivekanand Auditorium, Udyamita Campus. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Singh attended this important program as the chief guest and inaugurated it by lighting the lamp. The inaugural ceremony was conducted by Dr. Satish Tripathi, Secretary, Society of Earth Scientists.

In today's program, Assembly Speaker Honorable Narendra Singh Tomar ji, Pratima Bagri Panchayat and Justice Minister, Satna MP Ganesh Singh ji, many MLAs of the district, people from social organizations and thousands of mothers and sisters were present.
