Darbhanga, Bullies have brutally treated an elderly man in Darbhanga. The bullies of the village tied the man to an electric pole and beat him brutally. The video of the beating is going viral on social media. The victim has lodged a complaint against five people in the police station. The incident took place in Rajarouli village located in Jalwar Panchayat of Simri police station area.

The victim Ram Kishun Sah has informed in the application given to the police that on July 22, Sujit Thakur, Pawan Thakur, Pawan Thakur's wife, Kallu Kurmi and Hira Ram's wife of the village beat him up by making baseless allegations of doing wrong. The accused united and tied him to a pole. Pawan Thakur put an ant hive on the victim's body and beat him badly with a bamboo stick.

The victim Ram Kishun Sah said that his leg was burnt with an incense stick. Meanwhile, Pawan Thakur took out two thousand rupees from his pocket and all the accused were abusing and saying that make me drink sewage and parade me naked in the village, I was saved due to the noise of the crowd of villagers. The victim says that by making false allegations, they are trying to take revenge of old enmity.
On the whole matter, SHO Birendra Chaudhary said that a case has been registered in the light of the application. Assistant Sub Inspector Anil Tiwari has been given the responsibility of investigation and instructions have been given to arrest all the accused. All the accused are absconding after the incident. Necessary action is being taken to get justice for the victim.
