Shahdol, Birsa Munda Government Medical College and Hospital organized a blood donation camp on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day. While inaugurating the blood donation camp, Dr. Girish Ramteke (In-charge) gave the message of the benefits of blood donation and awareness about blood donation in the society. During this, he said that blood donation is the biggest donation. Donated blood can give a new life to anyone. In the blood donation camp, hospital manager Dr. Sabir Khan started the camp by donating blood. Dr. Sudha Namdev, coordinator of the blood donation camp, said that such an event in the medical college creates a good thinking in the society. Medical students, management cadre, nursing staff, security personnel and other people donated blood in the camp. Hospital Superintendent Dr. Nagendra Singh, Hospital Manager Dr. Sabir Khan, Security Officer Chandan Mishra etc. were present in the camp.
