Katni, Harvest. Under the aegis of Prestige Club in the District Hospital, social worker women organized a blood donation camp on the occasion of International Women's Day, keeping in view the availability of blood in the District Hospital. A target was set to donate 50 units of blood in the camp. Till noon, social worker women of Prestige Club donated blood up to 20 units. Women participated enthusiastically in the blood donation camp. Social worker women of Prestige Club say that this has inspired women towards donating blood. The fear will end and in the times to come, women will come forward to donate blood in large numbers.
