Bihar's first rapid train
Will run at a speed of 130 KM, will stop at these 5 stations, know the full route
Patna, the country's second and Bihar's first 'Namo Bharat' train will soon run between Jaynagar and Patna at a speed of 130 km/hour. This high speed train will cover the distance of 267 km in just 5 hours. All the coaches of Namo Bharat with 16 coaches are general. 2000 passengers will be able to travel in the train. The country's first Namo Bharat runs between Bhuj and Ahmedabad. This train will stop at Madhubani, Sakri, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Barauni, Mokama and Patna stations on the way. The fare of the train has not been decided yet. Currently, Garib Rath Express runs between Jaynagar-Patna, which covers the distance in 6 hours. Intercity Express takes 7 hours.
Namo Bharat train will leave from Jaynagar at 5 am and reach Patna at 10.30 am. On the return journey, the train will depart from Patna at 6.05 pm and reach Jaynagar at 11.45 pm.
The train is equipped with indigenous anti-protection system. In case of emergency, the train will stop automatically. If the driver of the train is unable to apply the brakes on time, then this system gets activated automatically. All coaches have CCTV. Fire detection system is also installed in all coaches. This system will work even in places where there is no mobile network.
The journey of the passengers traveling in the train will be enjoyable. There will be Type C and Type A charging sockets, modern toilets, automatic doors inside the train. On the lines of the metro, a route map indicator has been installed in the coach. Passengers will be able to get information about the next station.
Another 'Amrit Bharat' train received from Bihar
Another 'Amrit Bharat' train is also going to start from Bihar. This train will run between Saharsa and Mumbai. Amrit Bharat train will go to Mumbai via Hajipur, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Pataliputra, Danapur, Ara, Buxar route. The train will depart from Saharsa at 11:40 am and reach Mumbai the next day at 11.30 am. The fare of the train has not been notified yet. The train will have information boards and 22 luxurious coaches.
