Vaishali, The administration took major action against illegal construction on Monday in Bidupur Govindpur Gokhula village of Vaishali district. The encroachment was removed from the public road on the orders of the Patna High Court. This case was related to the PIL filed by Roshan Kumar, in which he alleged that Shashi Kumar had illegally occupied the non-cultivable land, and a rural road passes through this path. Shashi had built a three-storey house and boundary wall here.

Heavy police force was deployed during this action. The administration initially took action with JCB, but later hammers and building cutting machines were used to protect the house from damage. It is said that Roshan and Shashi belong to the same family and there is a dispute between the two regarding the road. Shashi is known to the local people as Jyotish and there is dissatisfaction in the society with his behavior.

On this occasion, Bidupur BDO Kumar Manish Bhardwaj, CO Karishma Kumari, RO Kumari Soumya, Thana Incharge Arun Kumar and SI Jitendra Kumar Singh were present. Bidupur Circle Officer Karishma Kumari said that the encroachment was removed following the High Court order and action was taken against illegal construction.

According to the information, Roshan and Shashi belong to the same family. There is a dispute between the two regarding the path. Shashi is known by the local people as Jyotish. The society is said to be unhappy with his behavior.
