Damoh, Damoh district unit organized a grand and historic two-day state working committee and officials meeting of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS). This event came out as an example not only from the organizational point of view but also on the standards of management, hospitality and discipline.

Hundreds of officials from central to state, division and district level were present in the meeting. Senior officials like Central Vice President Krishna Pratap Singh, Regional Organization Minister Sunil Kirwai, Central Auditor Chandrashekhar Vyas were specially present in the event.

On the other hand, many senior people including State General Secretary Sanjay Singh, Joint General Secretary Kuldeep Gurjar and Ashish Singh, State Vice President Vandana Rajoria, Kamlesh Patel and Harendra Singh Chandel, State Minister Ajay Vishwakarma and Jitendra Bhadauria, Organization Minister Niranjan Kumar, Treasurer Umesh Sharma from the State Executive participated in the meeting.

Best event organized by Damoh unit, State President praised it wholeheartedly

During the meeting, the State President said in his address that “This event organized by Damoh Organization Unit is unique in the history of the state. All the arrangements were on time and disciplined. No officer faced any inconvenience, which shows that both teamwork and leadership are strong in Damoh.”

On this occasion, District General Secretary of Damoh Devendra Choubey and Sagar Divisional Department Head Dharmendra Choubey were specially praised for the success of the event. The dedication and planning with which they conducted the meeting along with the entire executive is an inspiration for the organization. Representatives from 52 districts from all over the state gathered

Department heads, district presidents, district ministers and other workers associated with the organization from 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh reached the meeting in large numbers. This is also a record that such a large scale participation was ensured in a program organized by a single district.

Media, food, hospitality – perfection was there at every level

The media in-charge Dheeraj Kumar did the visual coverage of the entire meeting. He captured every important moment of the meeting on camera, which will facilitate documentation and publicity.

The food in-charge and his team made excellent arrangements for tea, breakfast and food on time, which was mentioned with appreciation by all the visitors.

Cultural glimpse of Damoh in souvenir

On the occasion of the conclusion of the meeting, souvenirs were presented to all the visiting officials by the Damoh unit, on which beautiful photographs of the famous “Bade Baba” of Damoh and Lord Bholenath of Jageshwar Dham were imprinted. This souvenir was a symbol of inspiration and harmony for all. All the officials present accepted it respectfully and expressed happiness.

Discussion on work plan, review and future strategy
The main agenda of the meeting included review of activities of the last six months, dialogue with various labour organisations, expansion of the organisation, protection of labour interests in government departments, and formulating strategy on the future work plan. All the representatives shared their experiences of their respective areas and gave suggestions for strengthening the organisation.
