Barwani, Anjad Nagar has always been the center of sports activities since before independence. Many tournaments of Hockey, Football, Cricket, Kabaddi have been taking place continuously in the city Anjad. This activity is on the playground of Anjad, the only Government Higher Secondary School of the city Anjad. This activity has been going on in the city of Anjar since before the independence. Before the independence, many players of football, cricket, hockey and kabaddi have been produced by the city of Anjar at the state and national level. Due to the sports ground in the government high school in the city of Anjar, this activity is continuous. It has been going on but at present as per the plan of the government, CM Rise School is being constructed on the playground due to which there is a shortage of playground for both boys and girls in the city Anjad. Now there is no playground in the city. There is still a tournament left in which to conduct sports activities and sports activities can be carried forward. Regarding this, today Parinda Cricket Club head Raju Phongla demanded the government to build a stadium. Shantilal Phongla has also demanded a stadium from the government for football activities. Rakesh Patidar, the games teacher of Nagar Anjad, has also demanded to build a stadium in this regard. Sports activities have always been the pride of Nagar Anjad and Barwani district. Many cricket players have shown their performance here in Anjad IPL and they are the Indian Cricket Sarannagar is always ready to promote sports in the city Anjad and sports activities are organized on a large scale, which has almost stopped due to lack of sports ground. All the sports lovers will soon start playing within the team. There is a demand to build the same stadium.
