Damoh, yesterday, the workers of the organization stopped the work of mining of clay for road repair in village Bharat Khamaria by creating unnecessary pressure and by resorting to mob. In the said case, the company doing the road repair work submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police, Damoh, all the persons present forcefully opposed the construction work being done in compliance with the government work order, false allegations were made against the applicant's company and the work was stopped by putting pressure on the police and administration, action should be taken against the non-applicants and the case should be registered.

I Varun Parasrampuria, son of Shri Bihari Lal Parasrampuria, resident of Vijay Oil Mill Premises, Police Station Kotwali, District Damoh, under the above mentioned subject, make the following request that I am Arjun Nirman Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. I am a partner of My company has been duly issued a work order by the Government National Highways Authority of India regarding the repair and related works of Damoh Jabalpur Road (NH-34). In compliance with the said work order, my company has been carrying out repair and necessary related works on the said highway for the last one month. (Work order is enclosed). That in compliance with the said work order, the company has duly obtained the permission of the concerned Gram Panchayat regarding the extraction of soil/murum from Bhatkhamaria pond. (Gram Panchayat permission is enclosed). That in the said type of work, regarding the transportation of soil obtained from the deepening of ponds without payment of royalty, an order was earlier passed by the Mineral Resources Department on 12/06/2024 that, there will be no need for any kind of permission for the transportation of the said type of soil extracted and for their transportation. (Order of the Mineral Resources Department is enclosed.) That the said work has been going on by my company since last one month. Yesterday at about 3.30 pm, when the said work was going on in village Bhat Khamaria, at the same time, Anshul, son of the District Vice President, came to the work place and told the company manager Rajaram Rai, Harsh Khare and other employees present there to stop working. When the company persons present there asked Anshul why he was asking him to stop working, Anshul started making videos of the machines while working and started pressuring the company employees to stop working by being rude to them. About half an hour after the above incident, Anshul, son of the District Vice President, came with about 15-20 people and Anshul and the people who came with him started obstructing the work forcefully. Soon more than 100 people of the Lal Patti organization gathered at the said work site and started raising slogans while making false allegations against the applicant's company and sat on a strike at the work site itself.

That at the time of the incident, Anpul, son of the District Vice President and Sujan Singh, husband of the District Vice President, came to the said work site and made false allegations against the company and gave wrong information to the journalists and gave statements to the journalists regarding defaming the applicant's company and its other partners and tarnishing their reputation. That at that time, the police and the Tehsildar of Jabera were called to the spot by Anshul, son of the District Vice President. Since, keeping in mind the law and order situation at that time, the Tehsildar of Jabera verbally asked to take the vehicles engaged in work to Jabera police station, but Anshul and other persons present with him lay down in front of the vehicles engaged in work and started pressuring the Tehsildar to seize the vehicles on the spot. Since the manager and employees of the company present on the spot did not have the hard copy of the said work orders and permissions, due to this car company not being able to show the said documents to the Tehsildar at that time, the vehicles of the company were seized on the spot by the Tehsildar of Jabera. That the work ancillary to the said construction work was being done by the applicant's company in compliance with the approval, permission and work order received by the company as per the rules, full information of which was verbally given to the persons of the applicant's company, applicant Anshul Sujan Singh and other persons present with him. Despite this, with the intention of forcibly obstructing the said work, the non-applicants stopped the work by applying pressure and made baseless false statements against the partners and employees of the company without any basis. That the applicant is submitting the work order and all the documents related to it along with this application form, which clearly shows that the said work was being done as per the rules. Therefore, it is requested to Shriman Ji to please register a case against applicant Anshul Sujan Singh and other persons present with him.
