Anuppur, Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Anuppur Shri Moti Ur Rahman ji, on the festival of Diwali, on one hand, tight police arrangements are being made in the markets and crowded places of all the police station areas of the district, on the other hand, the police of all the police stations of the district have celebrated the Har Ghar Diwali program by going among the needy people in their respective police station areas and distributing sweets etc. on Diwali. In the same sequence, on the occasion of Dhanteras on Tuesday, Kotwali Police Station Anuppur celebrated Diwali by distributing sweets, fruits, worship material and sparklers to about 150 needy children, women and elderly people in the tribal dominated village Akua, located in the lap of remote hills under Kotwali Police Station Anuppur. TI Kotwali Arvind Jain, Mahila Upanishad Sarita Lakra, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sukhi Nandan Yadav, Head Constable Sheikh Rashid, Head Constable Mahendra Singh, Constable Prakash Tiwari reached the tribal dominated village Akua, located in the lap of remote hills on Amarkantak Road under Kotwali Police Station and distributed sweets, fruits, worship material and sparklers etc. among children, women and elderly people and showed sympathy with the uniform.
