Anuppur, the condition of children in Anganwadi Centre Padour No. 236 is very worrying. Children are not getting nutritious food and proper education in this centre run by Ram Janaki Group. When our correspondent Amit Tiwari visited the Anganwadi, he found that there were a total of 32 children, out of which 10 children were present, for whom gourd vegetable and 21 rotis were prepared. Rice was also prepared, which was not enough for the children.

Result of group's negligence

Due to the negligence of Ram Janaki Group, children are not able to get food as per their menu. Serious deficiency has been seen in fulfilling the needs of the children by the group. Not only is there a lack of nutritious food, but the education of the children is also getting affected. Despite government schemes, children are being deprived of good education and nutrition due to the apathy of local officials.

Water problem

Apart from children's nutrition and education, the problem of water is also deep. The quality of water available in the Anganwadi centre is very poor. Local women have complained that their children's health is deteriorating due to the use of this water. Contaminated water is causing stomach diseases and other health problems in children.

Question mark on government efforts

The state government has started the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in government schools and Anganwadi centres, so that children can get nutritious food. Under this scheme, there is a provision to provide different nutritious food to children every day. Despite this, the number of children in Anganwadi centres is less and the children who come also have to face lack of nutrition and education.

Collusion and corruption

Due to administrative collusion and corruption in government schools and Anganwadi centres, children are neither getting good food nor good education. The benefits of government schemes are not reaching the children, because the officials and group members are not taking their responsibilities seriously.

Necessary reforms

It is necessary that the local administration and the education department pay immediate attention to this issue. It is necessary for the future of children that they get nutritious food and quality education. The government should take strict steps in this direction and ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the children.

Responsibility of society

It is the responsibility of all sections of the society to protect the rights of children. Highlight the negligence in Anganwadi centers and government schools and demand appropriate action from the government. The future of children is in our hands and we should make every effort to make it safe and bright.

Conclusion

Due to the negligence of Ram Janaki Group in Anganwadi Center Padour No. 236, the condition of nutrition and education of children is very pathetic. The problem of contaminated water is also serious, which is having a bad effect on the health of children. The government should take immediate cognizance of this and ensure necessary reforms, so that children can get their rights and their future can be bright.
