Anuppur, Collector Mr. Harshal Pancholi and Superintendent of Police Mr. Motiur Rahman today jointly with the officials took stock of the preparations for the proposed visit program of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav to Kotma in Anuppur district on 4 July 2025. During this, the Collector and Superintendent of Police inspected the ground located at Government Model Higher Secondary School Kotma and instructed the concerned officials regarding the construction of stage, meeting place, green room, exhibition site and other necessary arrangements. The Collector and Superintendent of Police directed the Executive Engineer of Public Works Department, Chief Municipal Officer Kotma and the concerned officials to ensure proper barricading, cleanliness, arrangement of drinking water, construction of convenience houses, seating arrangements for the general public and better lighting at the meeting place. Collector Mr. Pancholi directed the officials that all the works should be completed in a timely manner before the program and the officers of various departments should discharge their responsibilities by establishing mutual coordination. He also instructed to pay special attention to security, traffic system and readiness of emergency services at the program venue. During this, the Collector and Superintendent of Police discussed various other important points and gave necessary instructions to the officers.

Administrative preparations have been started for the successful conduct of the proposed program of the Chief Minister of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav in Kotma on July 4. In this sequence, today Collector Mr. Harshal Pancholi and Superintendent of Police Mr. Motiur Rahman inspected the helipad site under construction in village Changeri.

During the inspection, Collector Mr. Pancholi directed the Public Works Department officials that keeping in view the VIP arrival at the helipad, parking arrangements, barricading and necessary facilities should be completed within the time limit.

Superintendent of Police Mr. Rehman gave necessary instructions regarding security arrangements and reviewed the security arrangements. He also provided guidelines to the officers regarding monitoring of visitors, entry-exit system and deployment of police force.

During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Mr. Tanmay Vashisht Sharma, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Mr. Ajit Tirki and officers of concerned departments were present.
