But the government is giving sufficient amount to the panchayats for this Khakhari construction work, so that the sarpanch, secretary should buy the stones through stone quarries and get the Khakhari constructed and after completing the paperwork in a legal way, the amount should be withdrawn.
But now-a-days almost the government funds are withdrawn by the departments by completing the paperwork in a fake way.
In the same way, the petty minded officers of Gram Panchayat Dhainsai and Forest Department Shahnagar are doing the work of defrauding the government from all sides and filling their pockets with the connivance of the employees.
