Shivhar, on the instructions of prohibition excise department superintendent Randhir Kumar, the excise police conducted a special raid campaign in different places of the district, Sugiya, Lalgarh, Dumri Katsari, Shyampur, Kushhar.

During this, 6 drunkards including a businessman were arrested with 10 bottles of foreign liquor of 180 ml.

The same liquor businessman was identified as Sunil Kunwar, son of Surendra Kunwar, resident of Shyampur Bhatha Ward 10. The arrested businessman was sent to judicial custody after registering a case under Bihar Prohibition Act.

In the same raid campaign, prohibition inspector Harilal Ram, assistant sub-inspector Om Prakash Yadav, Sanjeet Kumar, Kamal Kishore Kumar and other home guard forces were present.
