40 crore GST fraud on teacher's PAN card in Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur, Muzaffarpur: Another case of GST scam going on at a large scale has come to light in Bihar. Two different GST numbers were taken in Delhi and Kerala using the PAN card of Rahul Kumar, a private teacher resident of BMP-6 Durgapuri Colony of Mithanpura police station in Muzaffarpur. Due to which a GST scam of 40 crores has been done. When Rahul Kumar went to file his annual income tax return, his lawyer gave this information. After this, he reached the GST office and met Deputy Commissioner Satyendra Kumar Sinha. Then it was found that 40 crore GST is pending in his name. Regarding this matter, Rahul lodged an FIR of GST fraud in Mithanpura police station. Earlier, a GST scam of Rs 64 crore was done in Delhi in the name of mobile mechanic Shubham of Maharaji Pokhar Mohalla. In this way, two cases have been reported in the city so far. Teacher Rahul has told the police that GST number of Star Enterprises has been obtained from Kozhikode division in Kerala using his PAN card. This company has traded scrap and sheets of aluminium, brass, copper etc. on a large scale.
