Shajapur, District Magistrate and Collector Riju Bafna has banned 06 persons of the district for a period of one year each under the Madhya Pradesh State Security Act.
According to the information received, 19 year old Nadeem Khan alias Guda, resident of Mughalpur police station, 19 year old Nadeem Khan alias Guda, father Aziz Khan, 30 year old Alum father Pirulal Suryavanshi, resident of village Dugdha, police station Shujalpur City, 33 year old Mithun alias Kalu, resident of village Phulen, police station Akodia, 33 year old Mithun alias Kalu, father Keshar Singh Mewada, resident of village Salsalai 34. 42 year old Antar Singh, father Subhag Singh Mewada, 42 year old Anees Khan, father Majeed Khan, resident of Maksi police station Bawdi Mohalla and 48 year old Sabir father Rashid Khan, resident of Sunera village Panwadi, police station, Madhya Pradesh. Under the State Security Act, it has been banned for a period of one year. Issuing the restriction order, the District Magistrate has ordered everyone to compulsorily present themselves before the concerned Tehsildar every month for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the order and for a period of one year, to give prior notice of every such movement in which they are going to their residence. If someone leaves the village/city for some other place, he will present himself before the concerned SDM/Station Incharge/Tehsildar and give the information to MP. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 (1) (c) of the State Security Act 1990, it has also been restricted that the applicant may not possess any substance/weapon which can be used to cause harm to the body or property of any person. Will not keep it or use it. It is also expected that he will keep himself away from criminal activities and maintain peace and morality like a common citizen.
