Munger, Three people including mother and son died after being hit by a train in Munger. Two of the deceased are women. The deceased have been identified as Ram Ruchi Devi (65), son Amit Kumar (42) and Usha Devi (65), residents of Ratanpur village under Bariyarpur police station area of ​​​​Munger district. All are residents of Ratanpur village under Bariyarpur block. The incident took place near Rishi Kund Halt on Bhagalpur Jamalpur railway line under Malda Division when the train was hit by Gaya Howrah Express. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. After the incident, rail operations were affected for about half an hour.

Accident happened while catching the train
Regarding the incident, the family members said that all the people were standing at Rishikund Halt to catch the train. They had come to catch the train going from Jamalpur to Deoghar but the Gaya Howrah Express was coming from the opposite direction. The speed of the train was very high and all three were hit by it, due to which all three died on the spot. After the incident, the bodies remained lying in a mutilated condition on the side of the railway track for a long time. On getting the information of the incident, the relatives of the deceased also reached the spot.
