The "Har Ghar Tiranga" Yatra, which took place in Khandwa city on Thursday, was a sight to behold. Even amidst the light drizzle, the enthusiasm of students, police personnel, administrative officials, public representatives, and community members remained unabated. In fact, the pride of the tricolor and the patriotic fervor were even more evident amidst the raindrops.
A large number of school students, teachers, police personnel, administrative officials, public representatives, and community members participated in the Tiranga Yatra, which began from the Kotwali police station premises. Students from various schools marched in disciplined lines, holding the tricolor in their hands. Patriotic songs playing on the DJ and chants of "Bharat Mata ki Jai" filled the atmosphere with patriotism.
Rain came, but the patriotic fervor remained unabated.
As the procession progressed through the city's main roads, a light drizzle began. For a moment, it seemed as if the rain would slow the procession, but the children and police personnel holding the tricolor remained unstopped. Raindrops fell on the tricolor, and the procession continued to move forward to the tune of patriotic songs.
The atmosphere seemed as if the weather had tried to dampen the enthusiasm of the Tiranga Yatra, but the participants responded with their enthusiasm. Rain may bring downpours, but it cannot extinguish patriotism—the entire atmosphere of the Yatra seemed to reflect this spirit.

The Khandwa Superintendent of Police, the In-charge Collector, Dr. Nagarjuna B. Gowda, the Municipal Corporation Mayor, Municipal Corporation officials and employees, the City Magistrate, and other administrative officials and public representatives also participated in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Yatra, holding the tricolor in their hands. People from various sections of society also participated in the Yatra, spreading the message of patriotism.
During the Yatra, the police and administration maintained security and traffic arrangements. Police personnel, including the Traffic DSP, Subedar, and Traffic Station Incharge, played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of the Yatra by maintaining order on the routes.
