Saharanpur, Additional Sessions Judge Room No. 4 Shashwat Pandey has sentenced Danish and Arshad, residents of Noor Basti Nagar Kotwali, guilty of unintentional murder, to seven years of imprisonment and imposed a fine of ten thousand rupees on the culprits. The Assistant Government Advocate said that in the year 2022, Danish and Arshad attacked Akram with a knife and seriously injured him for not giving Sulochan to smell. He died during treatment in the hospital. The incident was reported by Akram's mother Geeta in Kotwali Sadar Bazar. The police filed a charge sheet after investigation. On the basis of evidence and witnesses, the court has sentenced both of them to seven years of imprisonment.
